The Peninsula Paris Hotel

The hotel's location is perfect, with easy access to attractions and the metro station. The rooms are spacious and luxurious, with fantastic bedding and excellent housekeeping. The staff provides exceptional service, especially the concierge Nicolas and receptionist Antoine. The hotel also has a spa, and although we didn't try the restaurants, we plan to on our next visit.

The hotel lacks a relaxing lounge area, and the bar is small, with limited seating.

During our Christmas stay, we appreciated the complimentary hot chocolate and festive cookies that were provided in our room. It was a nice touch, made us feel the holiday spirit. The location of the hotel was also great, as it was close to many popular attractions and shops. Being able to easily explore the city and do some last-minute Christmas shopping was a big advantage. we enjoyed the cozy and warm atmosphere of the hotel lobby, beautifully decorated for the holiday season.

We were disappointed with the lack of Christmas decorations throughout the hotel. We expected a more festive ambiance, especially during the holiday season.

As a light sleeper, I've had my fair share of challenges finding a hotel that can cater to my needs. However, at this hotel, I was pleasantly surprised. The location couldn't be more perfect, with the avenue just a stone's throw away. From the moment I arrived in the taxi rank, the staff was attentive and made sure I was comfortable. The room was well-equipped, with a spacious bathroom and cozy bedding. The impeccable service extended to breakfast, where the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary restrictions. The view from the terrace was simply breathtaking, adding to the overall experience.

The soundproofing in the room could use some improvement.

Excellent service and attention to detail. We were greeted by the hotel manager upon arrival, and Flora Bozec in Guest Relations ensured that our stay was perfect. The staff in the gym/spa were also helpful and lovely. Our spacious suite was beautifully maintained by the housekeeping team. The breakfast was delicious and the concierge team helped us plan our trip. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I would highly recommend this hotel for its luxurious amenities and superior service. I had a wonderful stay at The Peninsula and can't wait to return.

Cons: I had a minor issue as the private facilities were not cleaned up with care, but the rest of the hotel was magnificent. the location was perfect for me, and the in-room breakfast was heavenly.
